Updates typically fix bugs, but sometimes things go wrong - the last update for the Galaxy S10 phones was pulled as it caused stability issues for many. It seems that now this update is getting re-released, hopefully with all the bugs patched up. Currently, the update is rolling out in Switzerland, that's where the original update started too. Sony working on a foldable Xperia F with 5G connectivity

Sony may be working on a foldable phone of its own - the Xperia F. It is in the early stages of development as reports coming out of China claim that the phone is set to launch next year. The screen will have Sony's trademark 21:9 aspect ratio and will use a flexible OLED panel from Samsung. Yesterday we saw the surprise appearance of the Moto Z4 in a hands on video as someone bought a unit before it's even announced. Now we're getting official Geekbench scores which are on par with other Snapdragon 675 devices like the Redmi Note 7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy A70. Huawei may unveil the Kirin 720 tomorrow

Insiders report that Huawei will unveil a new chipset tomorrow, undeterred by the fallout from the US/China trade war. No, probably not the flagship Kirin 985, instead it's expected to be a replacement for the Kirin 710 from mid-2018. Tentatively dubbed Kirin 720, it will be fabbed by TSMC (which officially confirmed its support for Huawei) and it will use a smaller node - 10nm, down from 12nm.
