While the OnePlus 3 and 3T are apparently set to receive their updates to Android 7.0 Nougat before this year is over, the same probably can't be said for the OnePlus 2. Last year's flagship from the Chinese upstart may taste Nougat itself, but the day when that happens isn't today. Instead, owners of the OnePlus 2 will be getting a new update based on Marshmallow, namely OxygenOS 3.5.5.
