The LTE-capable variant of the Surface 3 tablet, which was unveiled by Microsoft back in March this year, is now up for sale in the US, where AT&T has become the first carrier to offer the device. The carrier is selling the LTE model with 2GB RAM and 64GB internal memory for $499 on a regular 2-year contract and $599 sans-contract. It is also available on AT&T's Instalment Plan, where-in you'll have to pay $30 per month for a period of 20 months. The Redmond, Washington-based company also revealed that business customers will be able to purchase the tablet from T-Mobile starting July 31, and the unlocked version of the device will be available through Microsoft stores, authorized resellers, and partner retailers late next month.
