Samsung Galaxy Alpha made its way to the United States, albeit unofficially. The online retailer Expansys has listed the sleek-looking, metal-clad smartphone as available to ship across the Atlantic. The compact flagship is priced at $699.99 for a factory-unlocked device with 32GB of built-in memory and Exynos chipset. Black, gold, and blue colored versions of the handset on the other hand, are available for pre-order. US carrier compatibility of the device is not detailed. T-Mobile and AT&T Wireless however, are all but certain to play nice with the smartphone. There is no word on the official arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Alpha to the United States just yet - the Korean giant is currently focused on launching the Galaxy Note 4 in the country. Therefore, picking up an unofficial import might be the safest bet for eager users for some time to come. You can find out all about the SM-G850 in our detailed review. Source |...
